Richard is an entrepreneurial web developer and tech startup junkie who has a restless passion for UX and design. He believes application development can (and should) be more accessible. He wants to build tools for non-coders to create data-driven web apps. He and his team spend an excessive amount of time pumping out code, designing database, pushing pixels, and working with the customers to determine the best way to solve application development problems.
Previously, Richard created phpGrid – the No. 1 PHP data grid component since 2008. Its success has helped fund the development of ZenBase.

Johanne is a native English speaker who is fluent in French and Spanish. She loves to write and has produced dozens of Web articles, sales letters, flyers, advertisements, product reviews, and other marketing materials. Her passion is to help users to become successful at what they do. Johanne enjoys writing compelling marketing copy that leads to conversions.
Johanne has over 35 years of experience in IT: database design, programming, word processing, and spreadsheets. For the last 20 years, she has been working online in areas such as Web Design, WordPress, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, & CSS, e-commerce, email marketing, and SEO.
Barry Gould
Data Security & Compliance Officer
Barry is formally trained in Information Security, PCI DSS compliance, and Computer Science. He holds certifications including MySQL DBA, GIAC GCED (Enterprise Security), and more. He has extensive experience with Network and Cloud Security, including securing systems in AWS and Penetration Testing. He always tries to stay in stealth mode while online.

Edwin is a certified cloud solution architect with deep experience in AWS and Google Cloud architecture, and software development in mobile, ERP, CRM, CMS, and e-commerce systems. He believes in delivering quality and value to clients and fulfilling business needs. Edwin enjoys working with different technology, currently focusing on Cloud infrastructure, JavaScript(Node.js), and Python.

Peter is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a licensed electronics and communications engineer. He has over 10 years of experience in supporting different industries: manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, telecommunications, healthcare, and business process outsourcing. His strength is leading continuous process improvement and business transformation projects.
Johnny Xiao

Johnny is an experienced project manager. During his career in project management, he demonstrated excellent leadership, good interpersonal, and communication skills, excellent business management skills. Prior to joining the ZenBase team, Johnny founded a startup as a co-founder. Johnny has a deep understanding and practice of lean startup, lean management, and agile development. In addition, Johnny is an experienced software developer. He has worked in Source Photonics and Agilent Technologies as an advanced engineer for 10 years.
Eduardo Valenzuela

Eduardo loves bringing ideas to life. He studied Systems Engineering in school and has over 15 years of experience in the field. Over the years, he has been working as a developer using various technologies such as PHP, Javascript, .NET and Java, among others, so he feels right at home working as a frontend or backend developer. Eduardo was a Project Manager for 5 years and had his own company for 4 years – but what he really enjoys is building stuff!
